OWM provides procurement services in one the following three modes:

    - As the clients’ purchasing agent.
     -As a contractor, directly issuing OWM purchase orders.
     -As support to the clients project purchasing.

Preparation of procurement procedures (RFQ).
Pre-qualification of vendors and approval of their QA and QC plans.
Expending, coordinating, controlling and reporting procurement progress.
